Ondansetron HCl is White to off white powder that is sparingly soluble in water and in alcohol, soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in MDC. Ondansetron HCl is used for the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, postoperation, and radiation. Also used for the treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
