Yonac-SP (Aceclofenac 100mg, Paracetamol 325mg & Serratiopeptidase 15mg) is an analgesic, antipyretic and an anti-inflammatory medication which is used for the treatment of chronic pain and inflammation  with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, sprain, and back pain. It belongs to the group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents and is also used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

It is available in the oral tablet dosage form as enteric coated granules. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic used for the relief of fever, headaches and in other painful conditions. Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication with analgesic and antipyretic properties. Serratiopeptidase is a powerful anti-inflammatory and an anti-edemic agent used in the treatment of varicose vein, ENT inflammation and in post surgery. It reduces the swelling and inflammation by thinning the fluids formed from injury and removing the fluids from the site.
